User Responsibility and Illegal or Harmful Content

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the information, material and content that you submit, upload, reference, link to or otherwise share through the service.

The service must not be used to facilitate, promote, encourage, document or distribute illegal activity or material.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• physical abuse;
• sexual abuse;
• child abuse or child sexual exploitation;
• child sexual abuse material;
• exploitation or trafficking;
• violent criminal activity;
• threats or intimidation;
• fraud or other criminal activity; and
• other material or activity that is unlawful.

You must not use the service as a means of sharing, storing or distributing illegal material, or as a means of facilitating illegal activity.

Where we become aware of content or activity that may involve illegal conduct, we may remove the content, restrict or terminate the associated account, preserve relevant information and evidence, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities or law-enforcement agencies where required or appropriate.

Where legally required, information relating to the account, user, content, activity and relevant evidence may be provided to law-enforcement authorities.

An account may be permanently deleted where it is used to share or facilitate illegal, abusive or exploitative material or activity.

Nothing in these Terms prevents us from taking immediate action where necessary to protect users, potential victims, the public or the service, or to comply with our legal obligations.
